Speaker. Builder. Engineer. Hacker.
I talk about what happens when AI meets production infrastructure, and I bring thirty years of running it to the stage: Red Hat, ThoughtWorks, AWS, KodeKloud, and now Accenture LearnVantage, where I lead AI workforce transformation. Next is the keynote at MCP Dev Summit Toronto on governing MCP for a workforce the size of a city, then KubeCon North America and Agentic Engineering Days Zurich. With Whitney Lee I run Unleash an Agent, Watch It Burn, a workshop where the room tries to make an agent break a real cluster, and co-host The AI Inevitable, one falsifiable question about AI per episode.

The book
Build governed AI platforms on Kubernetes with GitOps, observability, and self-service workflows
A hands-on build of an internal developer platform where AI agents work against real infrastructure without going around its controls. It puts specifications, permissions, tests and approval gates around Claude Code, lays a Kubernetes foundation with Argo CD, adds governed agents, MCP tools and model serving, traces all of it with OpenTelemetry, and ends with a Backstage golden path for agent services.
