Long bio
1,161 charactersMichael Rishi Forrester is AI Workforce Transformation Lead, FDE and AI-Native Programs, at Accenture LearnVantage, where he leads forward deployed engineer training and enterprise AI adoption: upskilling engineers and the organizational change AI-native work demands. He teaches workshops on agentic DevOps and on optimizing Claude Code usage, and builds large multi-agent build systems: agentic software factories. Thirty years across operations, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, most of it spent close to where systems actually break.
He wrote Agentic DevOps with Claude Code (2026) and is an exam developer for a wide range of certification exams, including the Linux Foundation's MCP exam. He builds MCP servers, explores the boundaries of the AI-driven development lifecycle (AI-DLC), and still builds a Kubernetes cluster every once in a while. He is also developing Agentic Covenants, a model for enforcing agent guardrails in infrastructure, in addition to the AI tool.
